SS12/15 — Vieira do Minho

Schedule - 1.st passage at 07:35am | 2.nd passage at 03:05pm

The always spectacular and scenic Vieira do Minho special stage returns to the Vodafone Rally de Portugal programme, starting from the Senhora da Fé Sanctuary and ending in Anjos. The competitors will wind their way round the fast track, avoiding any excesses, with the Serra do Gerês as a backdrop, which also serves as a lookout point for the WRC drivers.

After crossing the tarmac in the Serradela area, the section enters a more classic area of the Serra da Cabreira with a few jumps thrown in.

Considered by many to be one of the most beautiful stretches of the Vodafone Rally de Portugal, Cabeceiras de Basto maintains the route that debuted in 2024. SS14/17 — Amarante

Schedule - 1.st passage at 10:25am I 2.nd passage at 05:55pm

Since 2015, the Amarante section has remained the longest PEC in the race, even though this year it has a shorter version compared to previous years. Places like the Fridão hairpin, the Ponte da Guiné and the Sapinha hairpin are travelled again this year as they were for the first time in 1969. Due to their distance, the teams are taking a different approach, where endurance and pace management will certainly be decisive factors in a good result on this third day of competition.

The Costilha track in Lousada, renovated this year with the World Rallycross Championship in mind, has long been used to being the stage for duels in world motorsport and offers drivers a unique opportunity to face off directly with their opponents on parallel tracks over 3.52 kilometres. This is how the third day of this edition of the Vodafone Rally de Portugal ends, always spectacular and remarkable.
