I have good confidence and a good balance. So far, all good. Still half a day to go and the
second loop can be rougher and a bit more demanding.”

Stopped in the stage. Sébastien got out of the car to check something and then continued
at a slow pace before pulling over again. He continued again in dust and with no service
at the tyre fitting, they faced the problem of having to repair any problems themselves. He
crawled to the finish with reported fuel issues after being passed by Latvala with the loss
of at least four minutes. He finished the stage in a time of 24min 36.3sec and dropped 15
minutes.

“It is seems there is a problem in the fuel system and we need to see that it does not
happen n the future. We don’t think it is an evaporation issue. I think we know what it is.
We still have one car running well and we have to make sure it does not happen again.”

Car 6. SORDO/DEL BARRIO
Stopped in the stage, got going again and then stopped again. The distraught Spaniard
appeared to have the same fuel issues as Loeb and did not finish the special.
